After you’ve paid for one of our services, these are the steps that will be followed:
- You will be contacted by us (within up to 12 hours after the payment was received) to request more details regarding the app/game that will be the subject of the purchased service (i.e. app submission service).
- Once we have all the needed information, we will create the materials needed for providing the service (i.e. email template, screenshots, icons, company details). This operation takes up to 24 hours.
- After we create the materials, we will send you another email asking for your input regarding the materials we want to use for the service.
- After we receive your approval, we will start (in up to 24 hours) providing the service for your app as described on the details page of the purchased service.
- Once the service is completed, we will contact you with a detailed report and proof of work.
As a customer you are responsible for understanding this refund policy before purchasing any services at our web site. However, we realize that exceptional circumstance can take place with regard to the character of the services we provide. Therefore, we honor refund requests for the following reasons:
- Before the reach of step 4 mentioned above, you have the right to a refund however a payment processing fee will be kept by the payment provider (usually about 9% off the initial price). If step 4 was already started we cannot offer a refund due to the nature of the service provided
- Non-delivery of the service in the timeframe specified on the description page of the service (for example, due to some mailing issues you do not receive a delivery e-mail from us).
- Services not-as-described: a request based on this reason is satisfied on a case by case basis with AndroidB reserving full discretion to make the determination whether a refund is appropriate
